What a really useful article, Becky. I – for one – am incredibly relieved that the UK have taken the decision NOT to close schools and college at the present. The knock-on effects for too many vulnerable children and families could be very damaging.

Thanks, good to know. Excellent to help kids understand what’s going on… I disagree with sjhigbee: though it’s temporarily very tough, best to close down.

Great article!
I’ve just started my new blog about activities, songs, crafts for kids. As a preschool teacher in Italy, I started making videos for my kids and now I will share some things on this new blog.

I could have sworn I already liked/commented on this, but hey, better late than never. (I’m blaming it on stress from the current situation. LOL) Plus I have already shared it with my friend/local librarian and other friends with two young children. Very helpful and insightful. Thanks!
