I think it’s a great idea too. Not only is it healthy but it inspires me because due to my budget I don’t always buy meat.

I’m now vegetarian, so I’m all for Meatless Monday:)). Though I’d hate you to think I’m remotely judgemental, given I only turned veggie a couple of ago. It’s got to be a very personal choice, I feel.

Oh absolutely! I groan when I hear folks ranting that everyone should stop eating meat – it’s hardly going to persuade anyone, is it?

I understand that some people feel very strongly about this and wouldn’t eat a hamburger any more than they would eat their own pet dog. The differences between all of us sure make life interesting.

They certainly do! And yes… now I’ve been vegetarian for a while, I find I can’t cope with leather handbags or gloves anymore.
